Voter information

The race for Madison County Attorney will be decided in the primary election on May 12, 2026. The winner of the primary will be on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2026.

Voter identification is required to vote in Nebraska. More information can be found on Nebraska’s official page about Voter ID:

The Secretary of State page can be used to register to vote, change your name or address on your voter registration record, and change your political party affiliation. Because both candidates for County Attorney are Republicans, you must be registered as a Republican to vote for either candidate in the primary election on May 12.
